When your package leaves our warehouse, an automatic email is sent with the Tracking Number of the shipment. This shows the shipping date and the date the package was picked up from our warehouse at your home. The shipment will be updated when it is picked up in Italy by the GLS/DHL courier and delivered to the nearest branch. If you did not receive the email, we recommend that you check your spam box. If you entered the wrong email when ordering or simply did not receive an email, you can always contact us and we will retrieve your order information.

We send goods every day throughout Europe. We always do our best so that you can receive your order as quickly as possible! After completing your order you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Our standard delivery time is 2-10 business days. Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time, indicated on each product page under availability. Please remember that delivery starts from our warehouse in Italy, only when the package is registered by the GLS/DHL courier, you update the tracking link and receive a final schedule from the Courier.  Before this step, the tracking code is not valid on the GLS/DHL site. All delivery times are in business days - this does not include weekends or holidays. We encourage you to contact Customer Service only after the indicated delivery time has expired.

Ordinary shipments are delivered by the courier GLS for domestic shipments and DHL for European shipments . Some products allow express delivery within 1-2 business days via GLS or DHL . All parcels we send are trackable through the Tracking Number

We have one of the largest assortments of parts and accessories for your motorcycle. Our range also includes products that are stocked by our suppliers and made-to-order products.

Figuring out if a product is ready to go is simple; you will find a green or yellow traffic light on each product indicating the product's availability. If the traffic light is green the product is ready to go, if it is yellow don't worry, buy it and we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Department. If your products have already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

When you pick up your package, it is important to check the packaging immediately. If the package is damaged, please indicate this in immediate directly to the courier by picking it up with "Reserve".

NB: It is important to make this noted at the time of delivery and request to sign the receipt of the package with reservation.

Once you open the package, in the case of products delivered damaged, you must send the return request within 5 working days.

We carefully check the condition of the goods before they are shipped. Should it still arrive damaged, we will replace the product at our own expense after appropriate checks. To be able to follow up the case appropriately and timely, we need to receive photos via email of the delivered items and boxes.

Remember to email us photos to verify the case with our technical department. We are not responsible for any frame damage due to inappropriately used or wrongly ordered merchandise.

All packages are traceable. We are responsible for transportation risks, i.e., the risk of damage or loss of the product during shipment. The customer is responsible for the transportation risks of the return shipment in case of any return or return.

If you refuse the package without prior explanation, you will be charged shipping costs.

If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to request cancellation of your purchase in the event of a delay. We will do everything in our power to deliver your order by the scheduled date. There may be times when delivery cannot be made by the deadline, such as when our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment. We reserve the right not to compensate the customer due to delays in package delivery.
