When your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. This message will provide you with the shipping date and confirm when the package has been picked up for delivery to your address. The shipment will be updated as soon as our couriers in Italy take charge of the package and start the delivery.

If you haven't received the confirmation email, we suggest checking your spam folder. If you entered an incorrect email or did not receive the communication, contact us and we will provide you with all the updated information about your order. We are here to help you!

We ship our products across Europe every day, and we do our best to ensure you a fast delivery. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.

Our standard delivery time is 2-10 working days. Some items may take a little longer; such information is indicated on the product page under the availability section. Shipping starts from our warehouse in Italy. The tracking code will be active and the tracking link will be updated only after the package has been registered by our couriers and the final delivery schedule has been provided.

Please note that the indicated delivery times are expressed in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. We offer one of the widest assortments of motorcycle parts and accessories, including items we have in stock, products stocked by our suppliers, and items available for special order. Here’s how you can interpret the various product availability statuses:

  • Product Available: The product is ready for immediate shipment. We will proceed with shipping in very short times.
  • This product is out of stock, but you can still order it: The product is currently not available in stock, but it will be soon. Shipping will occur within approximately 15 working days.
  • Out of Stock: The product is currently not available and cannot be purchased as it is out of stock with our suppliers.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If the products have already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

When you pick up the package, it is essential to immediately inspect the packaging. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, note this information at the time of delivery and pick up the package with a "Reservation" from the courier.

Note: Make sure to document the damage at the time of delivery and request to sign with reservation for the receipt of the package.

After opening the package, if you find that the products are damaged, send the return request within 5 business days.

We carefully check the condition of the goods before shipping. If, despite our checks, the product still arrives damaged, we will replace it at our expense after making the necessary verifications. To handle the situation quickly and effectively, we ask you to send us photos of the damaged items and boxes via email.

If you do not pick up a package you ordered and do not provide a prior explanation, you will be charged shipping fees. Make sure to pick up your package or contact us in case of problems to avoid additional costs.
