📦 Where is my order?

It’s common to wonder: "When will I receive my order?" or "Do you have a tracking number?". On this page you’ll find all the answers!


1. ⏱ Check the shipping times shown on the product page

The first thing to do is: check the product page of the item you purchased.

Each item on our website clearly shows the estimated shipping times. In particular, some products may show:

Shipping time: 7 to 15 working days

In this case, it means that the product is not immediately available in stock, but we are waiting to receive it from the supplier. As soon as it arrives, we will ship it straight away.

So, no need to panic! If we are still within those times, everything is normal and we are working to ship your order as quickly as possible.


2. 📬 The tracking number is only generated when the parcel is handed over to the courier

Many customers ask us for the tracking number immediately after purchase. Please note that:

  • The tracking number is only created when the parcel is handed over to the courier.

  • Before that moment, we do not yet have a code to provide you with, because the courier has not generated it yet.

  • Once the parcel has been dispatched and has reached the courier’s depot, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking details to monitor the delivery.
