📦 Where is my order?

It often happens to wonder: "When will I receive my order?" or "Do you have a tracking number?". On this page, you will find all the answers!

 


1. ⏱ Check the shipping times indicated on the product

The first thing to do: check the product sheet for the item you purchased.

Each item on our site clearly states the estimated shipping times. In particular, some products may state:

Shipping times: 7 to 15 business days

In this case, it means that the product is not immediately available in stock, but we are waiting to receive it from the supplier. As soon as it arrives, we will ship it right away.

So no panic! If we fall within those times, everything is normal and we are working to ship your order as soon as possible.


2. 📬 The tracking number is generated only when the package is handed over to the courier

Many customers ask us for the tracking right after the purchase. Keep in mind that:

  • The tracking number is created only when the package is handed over to the courier.

  • Before that moment, we do not have a code to provide you, because the courier has not generated it yet.

  • Once the package has left and reached the courier's branch, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking to monitor the delivery.
