Click & Collect (in-store collection): delivery to the store is free.

Ordered items are carefully packed and handed over to our couriers for shipping.
Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may require a few extra working days. During sales periods, Black Friday or special promotions, slight delays may occur.
Goods are shipped from our central warehouse in Italy. If some items are not available in the same warehouse, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
When your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number to monitor your parcel.
We recommend that you provide the following accurately:
- First and last name or company name shown on the doorbell
- Full address without abbreviations
- Street number (if not available, enter SNC)
- Correct postcode
- Town/city and any district
- County/Province (abbreviation)
If you cannot receive the parcel at home, provide an alternative address where the courier can deliver easily.
Upon delivery, please check that the parcel is intact. In the event of tampering, sign with "subject to inspection".
