  • 17.90 € for shipments from 25.1 to 50 kg

+6 € for cash on delivery

The ordered items are carefully packaged with appropriate packaging and entrusted for shipping to the BRT courier

The courier delivers approximately within 2/20 working days from the date of confirmation of item availability.
Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia may take a few more working days.
Despite our continuous efforts to improve the service we offer, slight delays may occur during periods such as Sales, Black Friday, and special promotions.

The goods are shipped from our central warehouse in Italy.
If the ordered items are not all available, they will be shipped from different warehouses at no additional cost to the customer.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the BRT courier will leave a notice of failed delivery.

You can arrange delivery for the following days by connecting to the BRT portal.
After 5 days of storage in BRT warehouses, undelivered shipments will be returned to the sending store.

At the time of departure from our warehouses, you will receive the tracking number of the shipment to monitor the location of your package.

The shipment is made to the address you specified in the order, so we recommend that you provide the details of your address very precisely:

  • First and last name, or business name indicated on your doorbell (e.g. Mario Rossi c/o jewelry store Diamanti)
  • Address: street, square, etc. without abbreviations (e.g. Via Alessandro Volta)
  • House number: must always be specified, if not present indicate SNC (Without House Number)
  • ZIP code: indicate the specific ZIP code of your municipality or fraction
  • Municipality: indicate the name of the municipality and any fraction
  • Province: indicate the abbreviation of your province

We remind you to provide us with an address where the courier can find someone to pick up the package at the time of delivery.

If you cannot receive the package at your home, please provide the address of a trusted person (relatives, friends) or, if possible, your workplace.

At the time of delivery, we recommend checking that the package and the tape used for sealing are in good condition and without tampering.
