Goods are shipped from our central warehouse in Italy.
If not all ordered items are available, they may be shipped from different warehouses at no extra cost to you.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a missed delivery notice.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Orders are shipped to the address you specified, so please make sure your address details are entered accurately:

  • Full name or business name as shown on your doorbell (e.g., Mario Rossi c/o gioielleria Diamanti)
  • Address: street, square, etc., written in full without abbreviations (e.g., Via Alessandro Volta)
  • Street number: always specify; if not present, indicate SNC (No Street Number)
  • Postcode: provide the specific postcode for your town or district
  • Town/City: specify the name of the town and any district
  • Province: indicate the abbreviation in your province

Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package when the courier delivers it.

If you can’t receive the package at your home, please indicate the address of a trusted person (relatives, friends) or, if possible, your workplace.

Upon delivery, we recommend checking that the package and the sealing tape are intact and show no signs of tampering.

If the package appears to have been tampered with, you must sign the delivery documents with "subject to inspection" so you can verify the contents later.
