BMC Full Moulding Technology
The BMC filter uses a multi-layer structure in oiled cotton, enclosed between aluminium mesh treated to resist oxidation.
The Full Moulding technology makes it possible to produce the filter frame in a single moulding, eliminating bonding in the corners and improving strength and sealing inside the airbox.
BMC states a filtration efficiency compliant with the ISO 5011 standard, with the ability to retain impurities down to 7 microns.
