Front Decat Header Himalayan 450 (2024) - Zard

The Zard front decat header for Himalayan 450, designed and handcrafted in Italy, is made from durable AISI 304 stainless steel. 

This component increases engine performance, delivering a power gain of +0.9 HP over the standard header and reducing weight by 0.5 kg. Thanks to its decat design, it helps lower temperatures around the engine, making it ideal for urban riding.

The header maintains a pleasant, near-original sound and can be installed with the original heat shield, ensuring seamless visual and functional integration.

For optimal performance throughout the entire powerband, starting from low revs, we recommend the complete kit (front header, mid-pipe, and silencer).
