Entirely handcrafted in Italy, this full system replaces the original exhaust with a significantly lighter and sportier setup. The structure is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a carbon fibre end cap and a sleeve available in stainless steel or titanium.
The result is not just aesthetic: according to the data declared by Zard, the Full Kit Racing delivers an increase of up to +5.9 hp and a weight reduction of up to 4.9 kg compared to the original exhaust.

An Upgrade that Changes the Trident 660
With almost 5 kg less in the titanium configuration, the Zard Racing significantly lightens the bike and enhances the character of the Triumph three-cylinder engine. The compact exhaust design integrates with the lines of the Trident 660, while the sound becomes fuller, deeper and sportier.

Warning – Racing Exhaust
This system is a Racing exhaust and is not homologated for road use. It is designed for track and competition use.
Note for Euro 5+ models: Zard states that after installation of the Full Kit Racing, the bike's electronics may detect an anomaly related to the catalytic converter, causing the relevant warning light to come on. To prevent this, an ECU remap is required.
For Euro 5 versions from 2021 to 2024, Zard also offers a dedicated UpMap ECU to optimise performance.
