Returns are free in Europe: Cafe Twin covers the first return for each order. You simply need to book the procedure online, print the label and hand the parcel in at the indicated drop-off point.
The product must be intact, unused and complete with its original packaging and accessories. Once received, we check the return and proceed with the refund within the expected timeframe.
In the event of a partial return, if the original order benefited from free shipping and the final total falls below the minimum threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
