The slip-on mufflers are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with end caps available in stainless steel or carbon fiber, and finishes in satin or Cerakote® black. The system stands out for a significant weight saving of -3.7 kg compared to the original Exhaust, with a total weight of just 4.4 kg, and a power increase of +1.5 hp, delivering a quicker and smoother engine response.

The high, compact design, enhanced by the Zard badge in bronze or steel, gives the bike a unique, unmistakable racing look. The deep, aggressive sound, a hallmark of Zard’s acoustic signature, makes the riding experience even more engaging while remaining compliant with current regulations.

The Exhaust is easy to install and ready for immediate use, compatible with scrambler 1200 X and scrambler 1200 XE models. The Soundguard DB killer is available as an optional accessory, allowing you to tailor the sound level to your personal preference.

Note: Installing the full racing kit may trigger the catalyst warning light on Euro 5 Plus models due to emissions regulations; this does not affect performance and can be resolved with an ECU remap.
