Cafe Twin, here comes the kit that transforms the Royal Enfield HNTR 350 into a scrambler
The Roman custom shop specialising in British bikes has produced a “plug & play” accessory kit capable of radically changing the look of the small Royal Enfield roadster. Here are the details and prices

Revolutionising the look of your own bike, making it unique and different from the original, in just a few steps is every special enthusiast’s dream. Because anyone who has decided to start customising a bike knows how much time, money and effort it takes to achieve the desired result. Today, however, things are much easier than in the past. The world’s biggest and most famous custom shops have launched what is now a real trend: plug & play kits dedicated to specific models. A set of easy-to-install, approved accessories that do not require irreversible modifications, leaving you the option to restore the bike to its original state at any time.
Among the custom shops that have started experimenting with this trend is Cafe Twin, always specialising in English modern-classics, which has decided to launch a kit dedicated to the Royal Enfield HNTR 350.

The motorcycle
The Royal Enfield HNTR 350 is a groundbreaking model in the history of the Indo-British brand: it remains a bike with lines that nod to vintage style but, unlike the various Interceptor, Continental GT, and Himalayan models which have a classic look, it features a modern design. It is the true modern-classic of the brand, which, together with the Meteor 350 and Classic 350, introduced a new platform. The HNTR 350 in fact has a brand new steel double cradle single-beam frame paired with a 349 cc single-cylinder engine producing 20.2 HP at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The chassis is also new: 41 mm telescopic forks and a pair of rear shock absorbers adjustable for preload in 6 positions. The equipment is completed by the braking system, which acts on a pair of 17” wheels with a 300 mm disc at the front and a 270 mm disc at the rear. A light, easy-to-ride bike but with “big bike” style, to inspire even those taking their first steps into the world of motorcycling.
The Royal Enfield HNTR 350 has become the perfect base for Cafe Twin to experiment with a new type of customisation: no revolution, rather a skilful remix of the ingredients to take this bike beyond its original boundaries, transforming it into a fun and agile scrambler.
The kit
To change the look, and even a bit of the soul, of the HNTR 350, the customizers at Cafe Twin relied on the extensive catalogue of special parts that has been part of their workshop for years, without giving up a touch of craftsmanship. The original indicators have been replaced with a pair of Micro Flash turn signals, the handlebar is a Biltwell Cross, while the front mudguard and tail tidy with number plate holder on the #0 model created by Cafe Twin are handcrafted. However, in the HNTR 350 conversion kit, these are replaced with homologated accessories by MK Design. The slim seat is also a one-off piece, while for the tyres, they decided to go big by fitting Heidenau K60s.
A few but carefully chosen modifications that transform the Royal Enfield HNTR 350 from an agile urban roadster into a scrambler with immense fun potential, accessible to everyone.
The price
The kit, which includes:
- High handlebar Biltwell Inc.

at a price of 1,500 euros including labour.
