The ZARD full exhaust kit for Triumph Scrambler 1200 is the Euro 5+ evolution of one of the most popular exhaust systems created by Officine Italiane Zard. Designed for 2024-on models with 3 sensors, this kit combines Italian craftsmanship, significant weight reduction and a real performance increase, while also offering a low-mounted design with strong visual impact.
Made entirely by hand in Italy, the system consists of AISI 304 stainless steel headers and silencer with a carbon fibre end cap, ensuring durability, lightness and the unmistakable Zard sound signature.

Racing exhausts are designed for track use: they include a removable dB killer, deliver a more aggressive sound and a more marked performance improvement. However, they are not homologated for road use.

Important warnings
- With the Full Kit Racing, the E5 Plus electronics may detect a catalyst anomaly, causing the cat warning light to come on (informational). To avoid this, ECU remapping is required.
- The low full kit is not compatible with the centre stand and engine bars.
