“High-Tail” Rear Mudguard in Black Anodised Aluminium for Triumph Twin LC
The Motone High-Tail Rear Mudguard is a raised-design rear mudguard, created for a more aggressive, minimalist look. Made from 5052 aluminium using mechanical bending, trimmed, drilled and then black anodised or brushed, it is a high-quality bolt-on component that enhances the rear end of your Triumph Twin.
Main features:
- Made from 5052 aluminium, precision bent, trimmed and drilled.
- Brushed or black anodised finish for a premium, durable look.
- “High-Tail” design with an upper exit above the frame for a clean, sporty aesthetic.
- Direct fitment (bolt-on) with provision for Motone rear lights such as Eldorado, Bel Air, Lecter, Cuda, Big Fin etc.
- Integrated cable routing hole (use of Motone wiring loom code DDM012 is recommended).
- Length: 570 mm (22.5”) measured along the curve.
- Width: 180 mm (7”).
- Installing the High-Tail mudguard eliminates the need for a separate tail tidy.
Installation notes:
- Compatible with Street Twin, Street Cup and Street Scrambler with the original seat.
- For T100 and T120, a custom seat must be used (e.g. Motone Viper or Rattler), as the original seat has a protruding rear profile that does not suit the High-Tail design.
- Not compatible with Speed Twin 900 from 2025 onwards (new frame – dedicated version coming soon).

Are the exhausts homologated?
When specified on the product page, the exhausts are homologated for road use according to European regulations. The presence of homologation is always clearly indicated in the description.

Returns are free in Europe: Cafe Twin covers the first return for each order. You simply need to book the procedure online, print the label and hand the parcel over at the indicated drop-off point.
The product must be intact, unused and complete with its original packaging and accessories. Once received, we check the return and proceed with the refund within the expected timeframe.
In the event of a partial return, if the original order benefited from free shipping and the final total falls below the minimum threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
