BMC performance air filter made from oiled cotton gauze, panel type, designed to replace the original air filter in the airbox of Triumph motorcycles. Built from high-performance materials, it increases airflow to the engine compared to paper or foam filters, while delivering superior filtration efficiency.

Thanks to its multilayer structure of oil-soaked cotton, the filter traps impurities down to 7 microns, meeting international ISO 5011 filtration standards. In comparison, original paper filters capture particles as small as 10 microns. The Full Moulding manufacturing process ensures a seamless, one-piece construction with no glued corners, preventing cracks and extending service life. The special rubber compound maintains its shape and provides a precise seal to the airbox.

The filter consists of multilayer cotton fabric sandwiched between two epoxy-coated aluminum mesh screens, protecting against oxidation from moisture and fuel vapors. It is washable and can be restored using the dedicated BMC cleaning kit, offering savings on routine replacements and greater environmental sustainability.
