The Motone Nautilus exhaust system for Speed Twin 1200 and Thruxton 1200 is a full exhaust system designed to completely replace the original system, including the catalytic converter section. Thanks to the H-pipe link pipe integrated into the structure, it delivers optimal torque distribution and a smoother, stronger engine response throughout the rev range.
Inside the headers, sound-absorbing baffles are integrated to modulate the sound in a balanced way. In addition, the system includes an inline removable dB killer, which can be left installed or removed depending on the desired volume level, allowing the rider to customise the acoustic experience to suit their riding style.
Each component is built from high-quality 300 Series stainless steel and welded using TIG technology with multiple “pie-cut” sections to ensure maximum strength, precision and long-term durability. The result is an exhaust that combines performance, aesthetics and reliability in a sophisticated and functional design.
Installation is direct bolt-on, with no structural modifications required, and it is compatible with all variants of the Triumph Speed Twin 1200 and Thruxton 1200.
